Support for GameCloner is ok. They're not very fast but they do get back with you. They provide technical support by email as well as a faq section.
Overall:
Game Cloner does what it sets out to do. A plus for GameCloner is its ease of use. It's main purpose is to copy video games and it does that well. It doesn't offer a lot of extra features like out top two choices but its also not as expensive. Also nice is that Game Cloner also provides free future updates.
